Soulfulness™ Sessions

Individual Sessions

These are 60-90 minute one-on-one sessions designed to build awareness, presence, mind clarity, coherence, courage, and resilience, manage stress and conflict, align to values and purpose, and remove barriers to change.

Relationship sessions

These are 60-90 minute sessions designed to build empathy, collaborative and relational ability, mediate and manage conflict and evolve relationships.

Group sessions

These are 1-2 day transformational leadership journeys designed to build individual and collective Soulfulness. Group sessions are designed to strengthen self-insight and awareness, mind clarity, presence, resilience, build courage and coherence and provide tools for leading self and others. These sessions arose out of a need to build leaders who are compassionate, connected, courageous, resilient, wholehearted and lead themselves, others and the world in a sustainable way that works for everyone.
Group sessions are offered publicly, online and in organisations wanting to build more Soulfulness.


Retreats provide a space for restoring soul.  Through a facilitated process of Mindfulness practice, Mindful Yoga, Soulfulness™ practice, reflection and creative expression, each individual works on their process within a group container. These Retreats are run in beautiful locations in South Africa and internationally in association with:
